If there is one thing I’ve learned over my years as a site leader, it's that the recruiting and hiring process is everything and our guests today are great examples of how the process can change your school. Today we are talking to Dr. Marcia Carmichael-Murphy a principal in Louisville, Kentucky and her Assistant Principal Dr. LaRhonda Mathies. They are going to share about their process as they look for anti-racist educators to join their team. You will hear some of the key things they listen for and what they don’t want to hear.
